The 16-passenger steel-hulled Galapagos Master diving yacht, part of the Master Liveaboards fleet of yachts, the archipelago’s largest diving fleet. This experience pays off, with what guests describe as “good concern for safety” as well as a well-organized dive deck with equipment available. Do you need diving classes before the cruise? That’s something a lot of guests ask. It’s important to keep in mind that the Galapagos is an advanced diving destination so in reality, you should be a highly experienced diver with at least 50 immersions in order to enjoy some of the best pelagic diving in the world.
The ship has everything you need to make the most of your journey. Meals are served inside in the dining area and an indoor lounge has comfortable seating and picture windows, perfect for relaxing between dives in air-conditioned comfort. Or step out onto the sun deck for some refreshing sea breezes or a cocktail. As always, you’ll want to take your best underwater camera equipment. To make life easier, the ship provides two camera set-up stations: one inside and one right on the dive deck. The crew of 12 will be happy to help you make this one of the best scuba diving cruises you’ll ever experience.
The Galapagos Master Galapagos Yacht’s 8 cabins all have private bathroom facilities with hot water and air conditioning. The lower deck offers twin occupancy cabins, with lower beds. Double cabins are available on the middle deck, and the upper deck cabins have convertible twin beds that can be adapted for double occupancy. Single accommodation is also available.
