Ocean Spray Galapagos Catamaran
If you’re interested in finding the best route around the archipelago, the Ocean Spray luxury catamaran may be the perfect match for you. Catamarans are known for their stability and speed and the Ocean Spray itineraries, especially the 8-day A route, are top-notch, making this is a great combination! Of course, you can choose from journeys that range from 4 to 15 incredible days in the archipelago. All of the itineraries feature the opportunity to see exceptional Galapagos wildlife, such as the chance to see colonies of blue-footed boobies or populations of land iguanas. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment are also available for water adventure. Back on board the Ocean Spray, the large sundeck awaits, complete with jacuzzi and loungers for daytime relaxation, or head up at night for some stargazing. Delicious meals and drinks are available both in the ample internal social areas and you will delight in occasional al fresco dining. Your crew of 11, including the Quality Control Manager and an excellent national park naturalist guide, provides excellent service and if you want to learn more about the islands, enjoy the library and DVD selection.
All staterooms on the Ocean Spray Galapagos catamaran feature private balconies, panoramic windows, and spacious bathrooms. Unusually for a Galapagos vessel, cabins are all carpeted, and luxury linens make the beds even more comfortable. The contemporary-designed, blue-and-white themed cabins are available with king-sized beds, 2 twins and there is even a cabin for solo travelers, which, although smaller than the other cabins, has the advantage of being free of the single supplement common to most Galapagos travel. Check with your agent for more information.
